Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice
We understand that schedules change. To avoid cancellation fees, please provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. This policy helps us manage our schedule and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for availability.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not arrive for their appointment without prior notice (no-show) may be charged the full service price. Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of a deposit for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to:
- Shorten your service to fit the remaining time
- Reschedule your appointment for another available time
Please call us if you're running late so we can accommodate you as best as possible.
Deposits
Certain services or packages may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are:
- Non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance
- Fully applied to your service cost when you keep your appointment
- Refundable (minus processing fees) for cancellations made with proper notice
Rescheduling
We're happy to reschedule your appointment at no charge when you provide at least 24 hours notice. You can reschedule through our online portal, by phone, or by email.
Emergencies
We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an emergency situation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis.
