1. Agreement to Terms
By booking an appointment or using the services provided by Tomy Rivero Beauty ("Salon," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not book services with us.
2. Services
Tomy Rivero Beauty is a premier nail salon and spa located in Washington Heights, NYC. Our services include:
- Manicures (Classic, Gel, SNS Dip Powder)
- Pedicures (Classic and Spa treatments)
- Nail Extensions (Aprés Gel-X, Acrylic)
- Lash Services (Extensions, Lift, Tinting)
- Hair Services (Blowouts, Keratin Treatments)
- Skin Care (Facials, Waxing)
3. Appointments & Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled or shortened.
4. Health & Safety
We maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in accordance with NYC Health Department and CDC guidelines. All tools are properly sterilized between clients. Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before your service.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments. Gratuity is not included in service prices and is at the client's discretion.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please notify your technician immediately so we can address any concerns. For issues that arise after your visit, please contact us within 48 hours.
7. Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. All promotions are subject to availability.
